****PREVIEW SCREENING****
"THE DREAMERS"
March 5 at 7:30pm * Laemmle Sunset
Directed by Bernardo Bertolucci, Written by Gilbert Adair, Produced by Jeremy Thomas
Left alone in Paris while their parents are on holiday, Isabelle and her brother Theo invite Matthew, a young American student, to stay at their apartment. Here they make their own rules as they experiment with their emotions and sexuality while playing a series of increasingly demanding mind games. Set against the turbulent political backdrop of France in Spring 1968 when the voice of youth was reverberating around Europe, The Dreamers is a story of self-discovery as the three students test each other to see just how far they will go. The film stars Michael Pitt, Eva Green, Louis Garrel, Robin Renucci, Anna Chancellor, and Florian Cadious.
****FILM WORKS SCREENING****
"BOUGHT AND SOLD"
March 19 at 7:30pm * SilverScreen Theater
Written and Directed by Michael Tolajian; Produced by Bergen Swanson and Michael Tolajian
Ray Ray Morales has been dreaming of buying the DJ's turntable rig in the window of the local pawnshop and spinning for the Friday night crowds. But that isn't going to happen with his low-paying job as a shoe store clerk, so Ray Ray joins his friend Papo working part time for Chunks, who runs the pawnshop owned by Uncle Kutty. Kutty owes Chunks a considerable debt, and soon Ray Ray is caught between Chunks, Kutty, and Kutty's beautiful niece, Ruby, who helps Ray Ray find his true calling in the world. Bought & Sold's uplifting narrative anchors the colorful world of Jersey City in the tough-guy tradition of classic American cinema.
****CINENA LOUNGE****
March 23 at 7:30pm * Temple Bar
In David Presley's Face of the Enemy, a young war photographer finds himself in the trenches with the enemy. A group of bank robbers roll into a small town and encounter a supernatural opposition in Michael Strode's Black Gulch. In Chance, written and directed by Paul Baker, a man with Parkinson's is taken hostage, in his own apartment, by an injured thief on the run. A wealthy black couple fear for their lives during the 1921 Tulsa race riot in Stone Mountain, directed by JJ Goldberger.

From the guys who brought you Super Troopers, Broken Lizard is back, surrounded by limber, wanton women on a booze-soaked resort owned by Coconut Pete, a rock star has-been. But the non-stop party takes a turn for the weird when dead bodies start turning up faster than you can drink a rum punch. Everyone begins to look suspicious.
